Highway Wolf Shines a Light on Wolf Haven International
San Francisco, CA, January 14, 2025… Highway Wolf is proud to kick off their first spotlight of 2025 by highlighting the work of Wolf Haven International. For the entire month of January, the Highway Wolf team, composed of Mick Hellman and his creative partners Tal and Amber Morris, is celebrating the impactful work of this nonprofit organization, which has been at the forefront of conserving wolves and their habitats since 1982.
Wolf Haven International manages sanctuaries in Tenino, Washington, and Bridger, Montana. They provide safe havens for captive-born wolves and wolf-dogs while advancing education, advocacy, and habitat restoration efforts. For over 40 years, Wolf Haven has offered a lifetime home to 325 animals, partnered in federal programs to restore endangered wolf populations, and earned global recognition, including the 2024 Outstanding Wildlife Sanctuary Award from the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries. Visitors and supporters can help sustain this mission by touring their sanctuaries, sponsoring a wolf, or donating to conservation programs.
